Divorce Coaching
“Freeing yourself was one thing, claiming ownership of that freed self was another.”~Toni Morrison
Divorce—especially high-conflict divorce—can leave you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally raw, and unsure of how to respond without making things worse. You're juggling intense emotions, complicated communication, and often the added pressure of parenting through it all. I’m here to help you navigate this time with clarity, groundedness, and support. This isn’t therapy or legal advice—it’s forward-focused coaching that gives you tools to respond (rather than react), manage stress, and protect your energy as you move through this difficult transition. Divorce coaching creates space to breathe, regroup, and decide how you want to show up—no matter what’s happening around you. Whether you're dealing with a combative ex, struggling to manage co-parenting dynamics, or just trying to hold it together emotionally, you don't have to figure it out alone. Through coaching, we’ll focus on: ~Regulating intense emotions so you can stay steady under pressure ~Understanding your triggers and learning how to respond (not react) ~Crafting thoughtful responses to texts, emails, and other difficult communication ~Managing high-conflict dynamics without losing yourself in them ~Building a co-parenting structure that protects your peace and your child’s well-being ~Setting boundaries and learning how to hold them with clarity and compassion ~Staying focused on your long-term goals, even when things feel chaotic We’ll move at your pace, addressing what’s happening right now while also creating tools you can carry with you into the next phase of your life. My role is to be a steady, nonjudgmental presence—someone who understands the emotional complexity and helps you translate that into thoughtful, grounded action. This season may feel like it’s breaking you open—but it can also be a turning point. With the right support, it’s possible to move through it with dignity, clarity, and strength. Please note: I do not provide legal advice or assist with court filings or custody disputes. If you're looking for legal representation or courtroom advocacy, I encourage you to seek out a qualified attorney.
